TIMBER COVE CIVIC CLUB
The Timber Cove Civic Club is the neighborhood homeowners association. Maintenance fees are assessed each year based on lot size; the rate is $0.01 per square foot. These fees are used to maintain the common areas of our neighborhood which include the esplanade, Butterfly Garden, and boat launch. There are routine costs such as mowing and sprinkler maintenance. Fees also fund major project related costs such as bulkhead and fence repairs/replacement. Fees are due by January 31st each year. Past due fees accrue interest each month and a 15% penalty is assessed each July 1st on any outstanding balance.
